1. No Refund for Completed or Accessed Courses
Once a course is:

Watched

Downloaded

Opened through your account
we cannot process a refund, as the digital content has already been delivered.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
We offer refunds only under the following conditions:
✔ Duplicate Payment
If you are charged twice for the same course, we will refund one payment.
✔ Wrong Course Delivered
If you paid for one course but received access to a different course.
✔ Technical Issues (From Our Side)
If you are unable to access the course due to a technical issue on our platform, and we cannot fix it within 48 hours.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:

Not wanting the course anymore

Claiming the course didn’t meet expectations after accessing content

Not having the required device or internet

Already downloading or watching lessons
