At SikhoAxis Limited, we offer digital courses that provide instant access to learning materials. Because these are non-returnable digital products, our refund policy is designed to be fair, clear, and transparent for all users.


1. No Refund for Completed or Accessed Courses

Once a course is:

  • Accessed

  • Watched

  • Downloaded

  • Opened through your account

we cannot process a refund, as the digital content has already been delivered.


2. Eligible Refund Cases

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice for the same course, we will refund one payment.

Wrong Course Delivered

If you paid for one course but received access to a different course.

Technical Issues (From Our Side)

If you are unable to access the course due to a technical issue on our platform, and we cannot fix it within 48 hours.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Not wanting the course anymore

  • Claiming the course didn’t meet expectations after accessing content

  • Not having the required device or internet

  • Already downloading or watching lessons
